Wired Productions is planning to release a custom painted white Nintendo Switch Lite later this year in celebration of Avicii.

Tim Bergling, known by his stage name Avicii, has been immortalised in AVICII Invector- a single-player rhythm action game created by Hello There Games and Wired Productions in memory of the late Swedish DJ.

Fusing Avicii's music with gameplay, the Encore Edition of AVICII Invector marks the game's first appearance on the Switch after previously only being available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

What is the AVICII Invector Switch Lite?

Announced on July 30, Wired Productions is releasing a hand-painted white Nintendo Switch Lite to coincide with AVICII Invector Encore Edition's launch on the Switch.

The game and Collector's Edition console are slated for release on September 8- Avicii's birthday.

Aside from the stunning all-white design, the Switch Lite will come pre-loaded with a digital copy of AVICII Invector Encore Edition.

Where can you get a white Avicii Switch?

Unfortunately, Wired Productions do not currently have any intentions of releasing or selling the white Switch to a wider audience.

The company has created only five copies of the white Nintendo Switch Lite, and plans to give these away via its various social media channels over the next few weeks.

We know that Wired Productions has teamed up with JP Switchmania to giveaway one of the consoles via this Gleam.io link, as announced in the tweet below.

We'd suggest following Wired Productions on Twitter here if you want to be in with a chance of winning a white Nintendo Switch Lite!
