Warhammer 2's latest DLC is finally here, and with it comes a whole host of new content, gameplay tweaks, and bug fixes as we near the end of 2020.
Aside from the paid DLC, Creative Assembly is also adding free content for players to redeem, with the Glade Captain now available to redeem, as of December 3.
However, some players are experiencing issues in redeeming the Glade Captain, adding to the problems that the new update has caused for longtime players.

Who is the Glade Captain? Glade Captain explained
As a Wood Elves Hero unit first introduced in the Twisted & Twilight DLC, the Glade Captain is described as "an accomplished warrior with both spear and bow" who "leads and inspires her kin to strike harder in battle."
She is capable of firing armour-piercing missiles at enemies, while also being able to deal anti-large melee damage. The Glade Captain also supports nearby units via her encourage auro and support ability. This Dance of Loec passive buffs the melee defence of units around herself.
She has three mounts, the Elven Steed, Great Stag and Great Eagle.

How to get the Glade Captain
The Glade Captain is redeemable through your TW Access dashboard from December 3 at 3 PM BST. To redeem the item, you will need to login to your TW Access account, which you can do here, where you will find the Glade Captain ready to redeem. You will also need to have linked your Steam account to TW Access in order for the item to appear in your DLC list.
However, multiple players are reporting that the Glade Captain is not appearing on their Steam account, but fear not as this is a problem on the developers/Steam's side, rather than for players.
Creative Assembly released a statement on Twitter confirming these issues, stating "We are currently investigating an issue preventing users from seeing and playing with the Glade Captain DLC in game once redeemed."
"We are currently waiting to hear back from Valve about this issue."
However, according to one developer on Reddit, this issue may have been fixed, so we'd recommend also checking in-game to see if the Glade Captain appears.
If this still doesn't work, we'd recommend restarting Steam in an attempt to make the Glade Captain appear, as some users are reporting this has worked for them. If it still is not working, you might need to wait for the developers to issue a fix or update as a result.
