There are many beloved video game characters that we'd all love to see on the big screen.
You can take any number of heroes or charming antagonists from the history of gaming and pitch a movie based on them to raucous applause by the general internet.

That's why we're going to tell you everything you need to know about the Rabbids movie.
Rabbids Movie trailer
The Rabbids movie is incredibly early in its life cycle. It's yet to even enter development properly, at least it seems that way.

Rabbids Movie release date
As above, so below. Given that things are so early in the process we won't be getting a release date any time soon.
In fact, of the slew of video game movies and TV series that are in our future, this may well be the one that's furthest off.

Rabbids Movie cast
The only names we have regarding this project at the moment are Todd Liberman, David Hoberman, Jason Altman, and Margaret Boykin, all of whom are listed as producers.
There were talks of Todd Strauss-Schulson being the director, but there's been no confirmation of that yet.
In terms of characters in the film itself, it could be that it's going to be a bit like the Minions movie, in which case there might not be any big names. Who knows though? Someone does, and we'll let you know when we know more.
