Earth's mightiest heroes are assembling soon for a hot new game called Marvel's Avengers, and you can join them nice and early if you get involved with the recently-announced beta test.
Announced during a 'war table' live-stream, the beta period will have a staggered release across PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Marvel's Avengers game beta dates and times
The first wave of people given access to the game were PS4 owners that pre-ordered the game will be receiving this treat. Their early access period ran from August 7th until August 9th.
The beta then became available for ALL PlayStation 4 owners on August 14th, alongside those on Xbox One and PC who pre-ordered Marvel's Avengers. This particular beta ran until August 16th.
And now, on August 21st, the beta program will be open to all PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC players and run through August 23rd.

Do you need a Square Enix account for the Marvel's Avengers beta?
Yes! A Square Enix Members account will be required to play the beta. You can click here to fly off to the Square Enix website and create your account - don't worry, it's free!
And as an added bonus, everyone who signs up for an account will receive a Thor in-game nameplate in the final game.

September 4th 2020 is the Marvel's Avengers game release date, so that's the one to mark in your diaries - especially if it's the single player campaign that you most want to try out.
