If you've made an accidental purchase or regret buying something on Roblox, getting a refund is not as straightforward as it is on Amazon. Unfortunately, there is no return or refund option available on Roblox.

How To Refund Roblox Items

At the time of writing, it is not possible to refund Robux purchases. Roblox recommends reading item descriptions before purchasing to understand the item. It also suggests using the Try On feature before spending your hard-earned Robux to avoid potential disappointment.

However, if the purchase is unauthorised or if the item in question does not work in the way described, then you may get a refund. It isn't guaranteed, but you may be entitled to a refund for a purchase that has gone bad.

If you made your purchase through Apple/iTunes, Microsoft (Windows App or Xbox), Google Play Store, or Amazon, please contact their customer service for refund inquiries. These charges are non-refundable by Roblox.

In the case that you purchased an item from Roblox, to get a refund, contact Roblox and provide your username, item name, link to the item, and a detailed explanation of the issue. Roblox will respond to you within 24 hours via the email address that you’ve provided.

How to refund Roblox items that got deleted

The Roblox FAQ says that "items that are moderated or removed from access by the creator may not be eligible for refund." In other words, it is not possible to get a refund on Roblox items that got deleted. Don't despair, though.

While Roblox does not provide refunds for any purchased items, you may contact either the Roblox team or the service provider through which you made the purchase, and make an appeal for your case. To find out how to do this, please refer to the instructions mentioned in the above section.

Bear in mind that unauthorised charges are a violation of Roblox's Terms of Use and may result in the permanent closure of the associated user account. Several Roblox players on Reddit claim their account was banned simply for requesting a refund because someone else made unauthorised purchases on their account.
