How to complete the Pharmacist quest in Escape from Tarkov
The Pharmacist quest in Escape From Tarkov can be undertaken on the Customs map, one of the earliest game locations. To begin this quest, you'll need to reach at least Level 10 and have successfully completed the Painkiller quest. The Pharmacist quest is assigned by Elvira Khabibullina, also recognised under the alias "Therapist."
The objective of this quest is to collect a briefcase on Customs, but you'll need a special key to enter the room it is in. The Pharmacist quest has two optional objectives which we'll take you through as well. You'll need to find the paramedic's car on Customs and get into the Two-Story Dorm Room 114.
The key you need is the Dorm Room 114 key which you can usually find in Jackets, Pockets, and Bags of Scavs. You can also buy it at the Flea Market.
However, the best way to get this key is at the guaranteed spawn in the Military Checkpoint area, just past the New Gas Station. There's a car in this area that contains a Jacket that will almost always spawn the Dorm Room 114 key.

Armed with the key, you can now head to the Dorms building. There are two next to each other - one is the Three Story Dorms while the other is the Two Story Dorms. The briefcase is in the latter.
You can make your way through the main door and turn left, all the way down to the end of the corridor. On the right-hand side, you'll find a locked door that says Dorm Room 114. This is where you'll need to use your key.
Unlock the door with the Dorm Room 114 key and enter the room. This unlocks the second optional objective of the Pharmacist quest. You'll find the briefcase for this quest's main objective right on top of a Safe. In this room, you can also loot the Safe, PC, and Medical Box on the bed.
Now, you just need to return to the Therapist, and your quest should be done. For a safe extraction, try not to get killed on the way. In the case that you get attacked and die, you'll need to come back to this room and collect the briefcase again.
Once you give the briefcase to the Therapist, you'll receive the following rewards for completing the Pharmacist quest:

- 0.04 Therapist Reputation
- 25,000 Roubles
- 26,250 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 1
- 28,750 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 2
- 1 AFAK tactical individual first aid kit
- 3 Piles of meds
- Unlock barter for 6B47 Ratnik-BSh helmet (Digital Flora cover) at Ragman LL2
