Currently you can't play it. The Last of Us is a PlayStation-exclusive game and is not available to play on Xbox consoles.

Although it has been recently confirmed that The Last of Us Part 1 will be getting a PC port soon, there is no news on whether or not The Last of Us will be available for Xbox consoles.

However, while nobody has explicitly said that The Last of Us won't be on Xbox at some point in the future, the general consensus seems to be that it is highly unlikely.

Games like The Last of Us on Xbox

The Last of Us is an action-adventure survival game developed by Naughty Dog. It is set in a post-apocalyptic world where most of humanity has been wiped out by a fungus-based infection. There are definitely similar post-apocalyptic games on Xbox such as Dead Rising 3 and Evil Within 2. They both share some gameplay similiarities to the Naughty Dog classic.

Dead Rising 3, an open-world survival horror game, is similar to TLOU. It is set in the fictional city of Los Perdidos, California, where a zombie outbreak has occurred. The player takes on the role of Nick Ramos, a mechanic who is trying to survive the outbreak and find a way out of the city before a military bombardment.

Evil Within 2 is another alternative. It is a survival horror game directed by Shinji Mikami, the creator of the Resident Evil series. The player takes on the role of detective Sebastian Castellanos, who is searching for his missing daughter Lily in a mysterious, nightmarish world known as STEM.
