The trailer tells us that Modern Warfare 3 will be released on 10th of November 2023. This definitely tracks as it was also the release date for several previous entries in the series.

This comes only a year after the release of Modern Warfare 2, as well. The previous entry in the series was released October 28 2022, so this sequel comes basically just a few days over a year. Definitely a short development time.
