Darth Vader’s Inquisitors will reportedly be integral to Obi-Wan Kenobi show

Disney+’s upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi show will have the opportunity to explore a mysterious timeframe in the Star Wars universe. Touched on in Rebels and a wealth of expanded universe materials, this frightful era of galactic instability could lead to some interesting stories. However, it could also give us our first live action look at Darth Vader’s Inquisitors.

Obi-Wan Kenobi could feature Darth Vader's Inquisitors

It’s common knowledge at this point that Hayden Christensen will be returning as Darth Vader for Obi-Wan. However, as Vader hunts down the remaining Jedi across the Galaxy, we know he's not alone. In fact, the Sith uses multiple Inquisitors to help annihilate the remnants of the Jedi order.

As such, it would only be natural for these imposing Jedi killers to make an appearance in the Disney+ show. With Obi-Wan actor Ewan McGregor revealing that he's been training for exhilarating lightsaber duels, it all starts to make sense.

Spotted by ComicBook, a report by Kessel Run Transmissions reveals that Queen's Gambit actor Moses Ingram will play one of these deadly foes in the upcoming show.

“This isn’t something I’m running as a scoop because it’s only from one person so until I hear from other people, I don’t know," the report says. "I was told that she is definitely an Inquisitor so we’ll see. I don’t know. I’m still running it with other sources."

What else will we see?

Disney seems to be going all out for Obi-Wan Kenobi. Of course, the upcoming Star Wars show will include a return to Tatooine. However, it's also expected that Old Ben will be whisked away from the planet and onto a big adventure.
