Call of Duty Warzone is about to evolve in a major way thanks to Black Ops Cold War.
It's been a staple of the battle royale genre for a while, but this might be the biggest update to it since its release.
That's exciting, but it's always nice to know exactly what's coming your way next time you boot up the game.
So, here's everything you need to know about Call of Duty Warzone update 1.30.
When does Call of Duty Warzone update 1.30 release?
Good news for gamers here, unless you're somehow reading this from the past (and we have no idea how that would even work) the new update should be out today.
That means that you've may have already started downloading it or maybe you've even managed to jump in already.
That's exciting stuff, but what's actually in this update?
What's in Call of Duty Warzone update 1.30?
The update adds in an awful lot including all of this lot from Black Ops Cold War:
- 6 Assault Rifles, including the new Groza AR in the Season One Battle Pass System
- 6 Submachine Guns, including the new Mac-10 SMG in the Season One Battle Pass System
- 4 Marksman (Tactical) Rifles
- 3 Light Machine Guns
- 3 Sniper Rifles
- 3 Pistols
- 2 Shotguns
- 3 Launchers, including the M79 Special launcher
- 1 Melee weapon
Alongside that, it adds in something called Rebirth Island, which is a new map for the game which has a 40 player limit. This makes it more intense than ever before, but also means you can blitz through the matches a little bit faster too, which is good news for people without a huge amount of spare time.
It even adds in a new Gulag, which is great for people who like dying.
