This particular error code is given to players when the Activision servers are down, and it's been reported to impact players on PC.
It should, theoretically, also be affecting PlayStation and Xbox players too, but it could well be that they just haven't bothered reporting it.
Unfortunately, there's no fix for this if the error code is being delivered accurately, but we've got a few things you can try, just in case.

The first thing you should do is to check the Support section of the Activision website. This will let you know if there's an issue at there end, and you can even check specific platforms there too.
If there's no issue there, which there should be theoretically, then we recommend restarting your game.
