The first wave of next-gen graphics cards from NVIDIA has been revealed: the 3080, 3070 and 3090 were all announced in an earlier event, but the hotly anticipated 3060 has now been added to the mix!
“We’re entering a massive holiday season with ray-traced effects coming to Cyberpunk 2077, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Watch Dogs: Legion and more,” said NVIDIA's Matt Wuebbling. “There’s no better way for gamers to enjoy cutting-edge ray-traced games or powering through creative and productivity workflows than with the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, and the rest of the RTX 30 Series.”

NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti Price
Prices will start at £369 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, the company has confirmed.
Much like the 2060 that came before, the 3060 family is seen as the ‘low-tier’ of the new-wave GeForce cards, but don’t let that dissuade you - they'll still pack an impressive punch!
NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti Release Date
As NVIDIA states, "The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti will be available on Dec. 2, starting at £369, as custom boards, including stock-clocked and factory-overclocked models, from top add-in card providers such as ASUS, Colorful, EVGA, Gainward, Galaxy, Gigabyte, Innovision 3D, MSI, Palit, PNY and Zotac and as a Founders Edition from NVIDIA."
Gamers keen to get one are advised, "Look for the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GPU at major retailers and etailers as well as in gaming systems by major manufacturers and leading system builders worldwide."
NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti features
NVIDIA says, "featuring ray tracing and AI-powered DLSS, the RTX 3060 Ti is faster than the previous generation GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER, [which was] priced at £689, and delivers blistering 1080p and 1440p gameplay."
As for what is baked into it, NVIDIA promises, "The RTX 3060 Ti supports the trifecta of GeForce gaming innovations, including performance-accelerating and image quality (IQ)-enhancing NVIDIA DLSS (NVIDIA Deep Learning Super Sampling), NVIDIA Reflex and NVIDIA Broadcast.
"Together with real-time ray tracing, they are the foundation of the GeForce gaming platform, which brings unparalleled performance and features to games and gamers everywhere."

NVIDIA has said, "The GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti lets you take on the latest games using the power of Ampere—NVIDIA’s 2nd generation RTX architecture.
"Get incredible performance with enhanced Ray Tracing Cores and Tensor Cores, new streaming multiprocessors, and high-speed G6 memory."
