Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC leaks for The Teal Mask have made their way across the web, spoiling a ton of new details. This has become something of a tradition for the franchise, as these games and their DLC often get leaked weeks before launching.
Centro Leaks and Eevee on Twitter are the main sources for these leaks and they didn’t hold back with the reveals. Fans who want to go into The Teal Mask blind better look away, as we start detailing some of the new information leaked.
Spoilers for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC beyond this point!
Ogerpon, the masked Pokémon we’ve seen in promotional material for The Teal Mask, has three different forms. In fact, the Ogerpon we’ve seen in trailers and ads is story-exclusive, as the other Ogerpon don’t wear their masks during battle.
Ursaluna also receives a new form in The Teal Mask. Simply called Bloodmoon Ursaluna, this version of the bear-like Pokémon looks more fearsome than ever. Right now, its typing is unknown but expect details on this massive creature once the DLC is close to release.
Bloodmoon Ursaluna also comes with the Mind’s Eye ability and it might be overpowered. This ability prevents Ursaluna from having its accuracy decreased. Mind’s Eye also lets it hit Ghost-type Pokémon with Normal-type attacks, which is a nightmare for some.
Shiny versions of all the new critters in The Teal Mask have also been revealed. This means shiny hunting will be a major part of the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC, at least for some players.
Players who want to know more can easily search for the leaks online, so those who don’t mind spoilers can easily find them. We already know that The Teal Mask will be coming out in a few weeks, on September 13. The Indigo Disk doesn’t have a release date yet but all of the starters will be roaming in the wild for catching, including fan-favorite Bulbasaur.
