Given the resurgence of everyone's favourite R-Rated hero Deadpool, it's probably about time we gave him his own game again, right?
Now, you might not be aware of the fact that he's already had his own game, you might be happy that he's in any games at all, but we're not.
In fact, we think now is the perfect time to play as the merc with a mouth and get down and dirty with some villains.
Why? Well, here's what we think you need to know.
There was a Deadpool game?
Yes, and it released on PS3, PC, and Xbox 360 back in 2013 and then PS4 and Xbox One in 2015.
It starred Nolan North as the titular idiot and pitted him against a wealth of famous faces, all the while breaking all every other every other (not a typo) wall and generally flailing manically throughout the game.
It was, unfortunately, a rather average game in every department apart from the humour, which was done pretty well and gave the game a charm far beyond the gameplay itself.
Nowadays, what with Deadpool being bigger than ever, we reckon.

Why do we need another one?
So, why on Earth, given the average reception to the first one, would we possibly need a second one?
Well, Deadpool is a more popular character now thanks to the movies with the incredibly funny Ryan Reynolds at the forefront of them. Him being better known means that the team making the game can assume more knowledge on the part of the reader.
While not everyone knows about his love of Lady Death, or other little bits and bobs about his personal lore, it's a lot easier for people to go in knowing that he never shuts up.
R-Rated games are also more common now too, which means the team could go all-in on making this bloody, sexy, and everything else that they wanted to. It allows for more freedom, and that's the name of the game (it's actually Deadpool 2: Never shut up).
