Life can be a comedy or a tragedy, but it is usually both. As for Lethal Company, well this now classic multiplayer game is definitely veered toward the comedy, even though it has its tragic bits. The masks have been confusing players, what are they for? And what about the Lethal Company comedy mask, what to do with it? Let's find out.
The game has been one of the most successful surprise hits of this year, with many players enjoying its strange enemies such as the Bracken and the other weird monsters.
But to be the best, you have to know all the secrets and tricks. So let's find out what you need to know about the Lethal Company comedy mask.
What is the Lethal Company comedy mask?
In the game, introduced with update 45, there will be two different masks: a comedy and a tragedy one (happy and sad). Basically, they both do the same thing. They can be collected by players at any time and may possess players even while just walking around with the mask in their hands.
If you wear them, there is a high chance that the player will turn into the Masked and basically die. But even not wearing them, they're still dangerous. The player will then be controlled by the AI, as it hunts down the other survivors. The Masked is quite the dangerous enemy and the only way to survive it is to run away as soon as you see it or use weapons such as the Zap gun.
Where to find the comedy mask?
The masks don't really seem to have a precise spawning point, as they seem to appear randomly throughout the base. They have a high scrap value, so it might be worth it to try to bring them back, but - as mentioned - the risk is quite high, so better starting to cross those fingers.
