It takes a trickster to understand a trickster. Following the debut of Marvel Studios’ Loki, fans have discovered that the show's composer loves a good prank. In fact, the composer is behind one of the largest televised bits of trickery of all time.
Loki composer Natalie Holt egged Simon Cowell
After the premiere of Loki yesterday, fans were impressed by its musical score. After fans looked into who was behind the show's OST, it was discovered that 2013 Britain's Got Talent prankster Natalie Holt created the show's soundtrack.
In 2013, Holt was renowned for launching eggs at TV personality Simon Cowell during an episode of Britain's Got Talent. During a performance of A Beautiful Dream, Holt emerged from the band as a viola player and pelted Cowell with eggs. (Honestly, who hasn't wanted to do that?) The Loki composer was protesting the position of media mogulss.
Natalie Holt was a Britain's Got Talent contestant as part of her band in 2012. At the time one of her bandmates said:
“Honestly, if you think watching those Talent shows is gut-wrenching, you should try being a contestant in one. “
Shortly following the egg prank, Holt apologised for her actions.
“I've never done anything like this before and in hindsight I've realised it was a silly thing to do.”

Fans are loving it
After discovering the Holt was behind the egging of Simon Cowell, fans are even more sold on the Loki composer. One Twitter user by the name of Jesus said: “I just want you all to know that the composer for the Loki series threw eggs at Simon Cowell on Britain’s Got Talent. Her name is Natalie Holt. We love to see it.”
Other Twitter users echoed the exact same sentiment.
Simon Cowell isn't the beloved celebrity he used to be. In the eyes of a lot of people, the talent show judge is needlessly cruel. One famous case of Cowell facing criticism for his on-screen bullying resulted in a court case. Back in 2010, the music producer was sued by a mental health organisation. This was after an ex-contestant was deemed at risk of suicide following his televised ridicule.
