New Google Chromecast 2020: What are the major upgrades and changes?

The end of this year seems absolutely full to the brim with new technology coming out. Whether you're after a new graphics card or a new console, there's something for everyone.

Well, the tech just keeps coming, and if you're into Chromecast, then we've got some good news for you.

Google has announced they're going to be releasing a brand-new version of Chromecast, and this one is a doozy.

So, here's what you need to know about the new Google Chromecast, which is called Chromecast with Google TV.

What does the new Google Chromecast do?

The new Google Chromecast has a bunch of cool features that make it worth paying attention to.

This version features up to 4K HDR resolution, a voice remote with Google Assistant, the ability to control your other smart home devices, and even (eventually) the ability to work with Stadia.

You might ask yourself why this new Google product isn't supporting Google Stadia straight away. You might ask that, but we don't know either.

Also, on top of all of that, you get Google TV, which consolidates all of your TV apps into a single place, making your life much easier.
