Before you get into troubleshooting, make sure that you're running the latest version of the Instagram app as well as the latest version of your phone or tablet's operating system before following these steps.
Create a clone of the Instagram app
Just create a copy of Instagram and start using the copy instead of the original app. It has worked for many and it will work for you as well.
OnePlus, Samsung, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo and Realme phones have a native app cloner with which you can set up dual apps or parallel apps. Just go to settings and search for "dual apps
, "App Clone", "App twin", or Parallel Apps.
If your phone lacks that feature, install an app called "Parallel Space" and clone Instagram using this third-party app. Once that's done, log in to your Instagram account on the cloned app and you will be fine.

Add the Instagram app to Secure Folder
Download Secure Folder by Samsung from the Google Play Store. Some high-end Samsung devices are preloaded with the Secure Folder app, so see if your device already has it.
Once you have installed Secure Folder, open the app and add Instagram to Secure Folder. Now, launch the app from the Secure folder and it should work. Many Reddit users have found this trick helpful.
Bear in mind that Secure Folder has access only to the files and data inside the folder. So, if you want to post any pic or video on Instagram, you have to add them to the Secure Folder as well.
Turn off your Internet connection
Open Instagram with your WiFi and Mobile Data turned off. You will be taken straight to the login screen. Now turn your Internet connection back and enter your login credentials to access your Instagram account.
